Hugging the cliff edge above Lombok’s dramatic, untouched coastline, this luxurious five-bedroom villa blends contemporary comfort with sweeping, cinematic ocean views. The setting is truly special: the coastal road leading here winds past fishing villages, coconut groves, rolling fields, and quiet golden beaches, with the deep blue sea stretching across to Bali and the silhouette of Mount Agung. Senggigi’s shops, spas, and restaurants are just a short drive away, while the surrounding countryside remains peaceful and unspoiled.

While the rocky cove directly below the villa is not suited for swimming, Malimbu Bay’s sandy shore is within walking distance, and the Gili Islands, famous for diving, snorkeling, and postcard-perfect beaches, are easily reached from Bangsal Harbour, just ten kilometers away.

Outdoor living areas

The outdoor living areas flow along the clifftop, anchored by an 18-metre infinity pool that appears to merge with the ocean horizon. A timber deck with loungers invites long, lazy afternoons in the sun, and an alfresco dining terrace is perfectly positioned for meals accompanied by sea breeze and wide-open sky. Expansive manicured lawns complete the picture of tranquil tropical living.

Indoor living areas

Inside, the villa is arranged over three levels, each one opening to breathtaking sea views. The open-plan living and dining space faces the swimming pool and terrace, with a relaxing lounge corner, flat-screen TV, and a solid teak dining table ideal for shared meals.
