Perched on a lush hillside in Ungasan on Bali's southern Bukit Peninsula, Cloud Nine Ungasan is a newly built 5-bedroom luxury villa spanning 1,200 sqm of living space across 1,600 sqm of tropical grounds. Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa is spread across three thoughtfully appointed floors connected by a private glass elevator, making it equally suited for family retreats, group escapes, and private celebrations of up to 50 guests. Every corner of the property reflects a commitment to elevated living, where world-class wellness facilities, gourmet dining, and entertainment options come together under one roof. Karma Beach Club and Melasti Beach are just 600 metres away, while Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive.

Outdoor living areas

The outdoor spaces at Cloud Nine Ungasan are built for long, unhurried days in the Balinese sun. The centerpiece is a striking 20-metre private pool, flanked by sunbeds, umbrellas, and a dedicated poolside lounge seating area, ideal for lazy afternoons or pre-dinner sundowners.

An outdoor dining area accommodates up to 12 guests and sits adjacent to a fully equipped barbecue and pizza oven setup, perfect for alfresco feasts. A separate wellness area with sauna, ice bath and outdoor shower offers the perfectsetting for relaxation and regeneration, while a dedicated yoga deck provides a serene open-air space for morning practice amidst the surrounding greenery.

Indoor living areas

Inside, the villa flows across three generous floors, each with distinct spaces designed for comfort and connection. The ground floor anchors the communal experience with an open-plan indoor living room that opens directly onto the dining area and a well-appointed kitchen, creating a natural hub for the whole group. The villa features a range of entertainment options, including a Smart TV with streaming services and a sound system with Bluetooth connection.

On the third floor, an open-air terrace houses a hot tub, projector screen, and billiards table, making it the ideal venue for evening gatherings, movie nights, or match screenings under the stars.

Bedrooms

Cloud Nine Ungasan offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, safety deposit box, and blackout curtains.

On the ground floor, Guest Room 1 features a king bed with garden and pool views and an ensuite with bathtub and double vanity. The second floor hosts three bedrooms: two with twin beds convertible to king, each with a balcony and garden and pool views, plus a third room with a fixed king bed and balcony. The crowning space is the Master Bedroom on the third floor: a private sanctuary with a king bed, dressing area, lounge seating, a full balcony, and sweeping views of the garden, pool, and ocean. The master ensuite features a bathtub and double vanity.

Staff

Cloud Nine Ungasan is fully staffed to ensure a seamless, hotel-standard experience from arrival to departure. The resident team includes a villa manager, private chef, butlers, housekeeping, gardener, and security, all available daily. The private chef is experienced in Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, including vegetarian and children's menus, and can arrange breakfast, lunch, and dinner on request, along with pre-arrival grocery shopping.

Daily breakfast is included in the rate, along with high-speed WiFi and daily housekeeping.

Stunning place, attentive staffs and fully equipped place. My husband and I really have an amazing time staying there. The room are beautiful and comfortable, communal spaces is amazing great for parties and gatherings, the staffs are very helpful. They also have pizza oven, and the pizza by the owner is on the point! Totally recommend ❤️❤️❤️
