Villa Kabutera is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa characterised by a tropical design and built using recycled quality wood. The property is located in the amazing Bukit Peninsula, Bali’s southernmost area. This part of the island is renowned for its stunning beaches, world class surf spots, amazing golf courses and the scenic Uluwatu temple. The villa is strategically positioned almost at the center of this peninsula, making it easy for the guests to access the most beautiful locations of this area: places such as Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Dreamland beach, Padang Padang, Uluwatu and Pandawa will be only a short drive away!
The villa is part of the Akilea Estate which comprises 5 gorgeous villas (Villa Khajuraho, Villa Kayu Merah, Villa Lalita, Villa Markisa and Villa Kabutera) and offers a total of 14 bedrooms. The villas of the estate can be rented out separately but guests can also book the entire complex, the perfect venue to host big events such as weddings.
Outdoor living areas
Guest will access the villa through a gorgeous Balinese gate and will find themselves immersed in a gorgeous tropical oasis, a large verdant space characterised by a spacious lawn, exotic plants and colourful flowers. At the center of the garden is a lovely rectangular swimming pool with two comfortable sun beds, perfect for the sun lovers.
Indoor living areas
The delightful living area of the villa is located in a traditionally designed open pavilion with alang-alang roof. This large space overlooks the beautiful garden and comprises a lounge area with comfortable L-shaped sofa, a thick wooden dining table big enough to accommodate 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and oven. The living area also features a storage room, a guest toilet and an extra door to access the back garden.
Bedrooms
Villa Kabutera counts two spacious and beautiful bedrooms, almost identical in the design and sharing a lovely veranda overlooking the garden. Both suites features marble floors, high roofs, king size beds, flat screen TVs and large dressing rooms. The beautiful and spacious en suite bathrooms boast oval-shaped stone bathtubs and rain showers.
Staff
The professional staff of the villa will be available full time and will take care of the guests’ even needs. A daily breakfast is included in the rate and extra services can be easily arranged by the attentive staff.
