The property, found within the Bay View Villas complex, can be connected through a small gate in the garden to its twin villa, Lucia Dua. These villas are the ideal accommodation for those who are looking to visit the most beautiful beaches of the island, places such as Balangan, Uluwatu, Pandawa and Nusa Dua itself are all within easy distance. The villa position is also strategic, as it is close to the main touristic town of Seminyak, only 20 minutes drive, and Jimbaran, the largest town in the Bukit, renowned for its amazing seafood restaurants.

The property is characterised by a contemporary and elegant design, with modern amenities seamlessly blending in the tropical concept of the properties.
The tastefully decorated living area is a large and air-conditioned space featuring a comfortable lounge corner fitted with sofas set in front of a wall-mounted LCD TV, a dining table for 6 and a well equipped kitchenette.
The living area overlooks the delightful tropical garden with large lawn and the inviting swimming pool of the villa, the perfect spot to refresh, have fun with family or friends and organise unforgettable barbecue parties. On the last floor the guests can also enjoy a little rooftop with a gazebo and ocean view.
The villa offers three comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is found on the ground floor and features a king sized bed and an en-suite bathrooms with twin basins and bathtub. The other two bedrooms are instead set on the upper level and share a lovely balcony with view. The rooms area fitted with queens size beds, flat screen TVs and dressing area. Both are also serviced by a private bathroom with bathtub.
