Description
Villa Waringin is a gorgeous 6-bedroom beachfront villa boasting a magnificent view of the ocean and of Pererenan beach in Canggu. This is a fabulous location, one of the hippest and most sought-after regions of the entire island, a tropical paradise surrounded by peaceful emerald rice fields and volcanic black sand beaches. Pererenan has quickly grown into a very popular destination and nowadays has a lot to offer: fantastic restaurants, healthy cafes, fun beach bars and amazing surfing waves. However, for even more dining and nightlife options guests can head to Canggu’s main roads and the Berawa district, only a few minutes drive away.
The property is part of the amazing Pantai Lima Estate, a private complex comprising also other luxury villas: the 5-bedroomed Villa Mary, Villa Melissa and Villa Ambra, and the 6-bedroomed Villa Sound of the Sea. Guests staying in one of these fantastic accommodations can enjoy the estate’s shared facilities, including a night-lit tennis court, a well-equipped gym and a 250 m² seminar room.
Villa Waringin is also perfect to host intimate weddings, special celebrations or large gatherings. The property can fit up to 40 persons standing, however, for larger events, the Pantai Lima Estate is able to accommodate up to 100 guests.
Outdoor living areas
The tropical garden of the property is an amazing beachfront space dotted with gorgeous swaying palm trees and exotic plants, one of the few villas in Canggu with direct access to the beach.
The beautiful 20-meter infinity-edge swimming pool is positioned just between the beach and the main house. Next to it is an amazing jacuzzi and comfortable sun loungers, ideal spots to unwind and spend unforgettable moments with loved ones.
Nestled in the garden are also a beautiful massage bale (traditional Balinese gazebo) and an outdoor dining area with a 6-seater table.
Indoor living areas
Villa Waringin is made of two beautiful two-storey buildings. The one closer to the beach houses the lovely living room, a contemporary space fitted with sofas, stylish rattan chairs and vibrant artworks. With bi-folding glass doors that open onto the tropical garden and the pool, guests can also enjoy a fantastic ocean view.
The living pavilion also comprises a dining area with a rectangular dining table, a media room and a large kitchen equipped with cookware, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker, gas stoves, water dispenser and BBQ grill.
Located on the ground floor of the second building, the villa also features a beautiful spa room equipped with massage tables.
Bedrooms
The villa can host up to 12 guests in its six beautiful and comfortable bedrooms. All suites come with air-conditioning, TVs and ensuite private bathrooms.
The two gorgeous master bedrooms are found on the upper floor of the main house and overlook the amazing Pererenan beach from a shared large terrace. Each suite has been furnished with a king size canopied bed and features a bathtub in the bathroom.
The four guest bedrooms are instead located in the second pavilion, closer to the property entrance, offering guests a more private and intimate setting. Three of these suites feature queen size beds, while one has twin beds.
Staff
The villa features a professional and friendly staff, which will take care of the guests’ every needs. The service offered is truly exceptional and the team includes a villa manager, butlers, housekeepers, a private chef, gardeners and security guards.
Guests can also take advantage of the 5-seater car with driver of the villa (available 8 consecutive hours a day) to explore this magical island.

Because Bali became so overcrowded and crazy it takes 3 hours to do 20 miles we are so greatful to have rented such a beautiful 6bedroom villa .. the Villa is spacious , Bali traditional style all in beautiful wood and it was heaven to overlook the waves of the ocean and watch the surfers every day .. even if in some ways the house is aging a bit ..the magic is there .. Watch the tides while walking trough the beach to Changgu La Brisa or all the other fun bars and restaurants because you can easily get wet ... but on the right side of the beach if you are lucky like us you will be able to see lots of beautiful Melati and other fantastic balineese ceremonies . But the charm of a house is nothing without the fabulous staff who take such good care of us .Heri the butler manager was such a joy and a good companion always ready to help us out .. He took us everywhere , was a perfect adviser and never lost his beautiful smile .. what a nice Unique wonderful man ! So were Wayan and Gusti .. But the great part is although to have Kadek who is a perfect cook .. and does miracles .. we really appreciated what she did for us fresh simple well done cooking and will never forget the perfectly cooked lobster she prepared for us at Christmas ... We will definitely be back .. and make shure as we finally did to rent bikes or scooters we want to move out ...

5/5An incredible Villa!!!! I would stay again and again! It sits right on the water with an amazing infinity pool. The two master suites up stairs have wonderful views of the water and pool- the back suits have lovely garden views. Clean! All the rooms have private bathrooms and outdoor showers -so Nice! The staff is amazing and I would have them cook breakfast and dinners (so good!) if you want to have lunch while exploring (the como hotel has a great lunch.) Our family was spoiled and loved it! Wish we stayed longer than 3 nights and 4 long days.....
