Villa Anaya Manis is a beautiful colonial-style property with two standalone villas, a total of seven bedrooms, and the capacity to accommodate up to 14 adults. It is located in the vibrant area of Seminyak, just 1.8km from Seminyak Square, and within a short drive of various restaurants, cafes, bars, and beaches. It is also convenient for exploring other areas of Bali, including Uluwatu, Tanah Lot Temple, Ubud, and more.
Outdoor living areas
The villa features two separate swimming pools, one measuring 8.5m and the other measuring 9m, both of which are located in the open air. The pool area includes a pool deck with walkways and sun chairs, as well as an al fresco dining area on a shaded terrace and a rattan lounge for evening relaxation.
Relax and soak up the sun by the pool, or take a refreshing dip to cool off. The outdoor spaces at Villa Ayana Manis are the perfect place to unwind and enjoy your vacation.
Indoor living areas
Villa Anaya Manis boasts modern, contemporary interiors with a monochrome aesthetic featuring black, white, and glass accents. The living and dining areas of each villa can be accessed through sliding glass doors on the terrace, and are outfitted with comfortable U-shaped sofas and flat-screen smart TVs for your entertainment. Both the master and guest villas feature dining areas with ample seating, including a 12-seater table and a 4-seater table, as well as fully-equipped modern kitchens with everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, oven, and water dispenser. You can even request private chef service for a truly decadent and flavorful experience.
The villa also includes a wine cellar and a gym in the master villa equipped with treadmills, stationary bikes, squat hack, dumbbell and gym ball.
Bedrooms

This villa was amazing. The good things: Huge space Enough for 10 adults + 6 kiddoes Villa staff strength about 6 inclusive of gardener. Very helpful and friendly staff. The staff also does cleaning daily and we felt like royals. Rooms were spacious and bed were all king sizes thus when helpers were sharing with 2 young kids was sufficient. Pool size was good for villa use ie play. 2 pools were available. 1 was not deep which was good for kids, the other was deeper and more for adults. Both of good size for 2 huge villas. There was a small gym but quite well equipped which was a surprise and so we made full use of it. They provided many huge floats suitable for kids play which was a plus point for families with kids. Near enough to seminyak square and at quiet location. Thing to improve on: Possibly the only thing was the water pressure not exactly fantastic but good enough if not fussy. I would highly recommend and wld return.
