Villa Kukenan is a peaceful four-bedroom cliffside sanctuary perched above the ocean along Lombok’s north-western coast, just past Senggigi. Here, days unfold slowly, endless sea views, shifting light, and spectacular sunsets paint the horizon. The villa feels wonderfully secluded, yet Senggigi’s cafés, spas, shops, and beach bars are just five minutes away, offering the perfect balance of retreat and convenience.
A private stone pathway leads down to a small, hidden beach, where you can dip your toes in the water, explore rock pools, or even spot sea turtles surfacing near the shore.
Outdoor living areas
Outside, the villa is designed to make the most of its setting. A shimmering ocean-facing swimming pool sits just below the entrance, surrounded by loungers for slow mornings in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls and long wraparound balconies blur the boundary between indoor and outdoor life, ensuring the sea is always in view.
Indoor living areas
Inside, the villa spans two levels, connected by wide, gentle steps. The entrance opens to a dramatic first view of blues and sky, with a sculptural suspended boat overhead. The open-plan living room features comfortable seating positioned toward the view, alongside an elegant single-slab dining table perfect for sharing meals. A secondary kitchen is available for coffee and refreshments, while the main service kitchen is used by the staff for meal preparation.
