Villa Xanadu is a gorgeous villa nestled within bucolic Balinese rice fields. The property is located in the beautiful Pererenan village, north of Canggu, only 120 meters walk from the surf paradise of Pererenan Beach and a short walk from the even more popular surf break of Echo beach. This is the perfect location for those travellers who are looking to truly experience the Balinese tropical life style.
This beautiful part of the island offers a peaceful and laid-back atmosphere, it is far enough to hide from the hustle and bustle of downtown Seminyak but perfectly positioned to reach amazing locations such as Ubud (45 minutes drive), Tanah Lot (15 minutes away) and Seminyak itself.
The property boasts a tropical style, with exquisite designer interiors and open-plan spaces.
Outdoor living areas
Villa Xanadu is surrounded by a lush exotic garden and features a gorgeous swimming pool. The outdoor area also offers designer sun beds, a covered gazebo with cushions and an outdoor shower.
Indoor living areas
The main living area of the villa is set in a beautiful and bright room overlooking the pool and garden. This area of the villa is stylishly furnished and comprises a thick wooden dining table for 6, a fully equipped open kitchen and a lounge corner with designer sofas.
On the upper level, the villa boasts also a second living area with built-in sofas and a wall-mounted TV.
Bedrooms
The villa boasts four beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all featuring air-conditioning, wardrobes, TVs and en-suite tropical bathrooms with showers (except for one suite). The master bathroom also boasts a beautiful terrazzo bathtub.
Three of the bedrooms are furnished with canopied king sized beds, while one has twin beds.
Staff
The friendly and professional staff will be available round the clock and will take care of every needs the guests might have. Guests will only have to enjoying their time, relaxing by the pool, indulging in delicious meals or having talented therapists pampering them with massages and spa treatments!

The villa is absolutely breathtaking, the place looks just like the photos, if not even better in person. It’s luxurious and tastefully designed, it’s super private, functional and beautiful. We are so glad we chose this villa.
It’s located in an amazing location, walking distance to anything you might need and close to some of the best restaurants in the area. The beach is also a 5 minute walk away. The staff at the villa are 7 stars, the kindest and most helpful people, Wayan made an amazing breakfast every morning and made sure the villa was cleaned daily.
We didn’t want to leave, and cannot wait to come back again. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it’s the one!
